it's banquet hall plus hotel. I have booked standard rooms. they had no idea that we have booked rooms in their hotel bcz the no they have provided to booking site was not working and they had not updated the new no. when we reached there the hotel person said we don't have your booking and no room is available after showing all the details he provided us the rooms 1 room was quite good but the one was given to me was pathetic. unhygienic,no badsheet and pillow cover was changed after last check ...more

At first when I tried to check in the manager refused to acknowledge he was after me to upgrade my room by paying him Rs 500 extra. The room was a total disaster and the washroom had a paint canister which was being used as a bucket. The room had an intercom but no details were there on the reception number. No drinking water was provided and the only time room service showed up was during dinner asking if I would like to order anything. An overall disgusting experience by booking a cheap room.
