though the owner was helpul.But common guys, is it a really hotel ????? its a dharmshala. No concept of kattle in the room. In the name of breakfast, two thick aloo Paratha without tea n curd were served. Very poor hotel,again a dharmshala.

hot water available only in morning. we have waited on table for 1 hr for breafast. they dont have any management for customers. tv subscription not updated. very bad service and zero hospitality. it looks like local lodging and bording type hotel.

I was looking for a 3 star hotel to stay in Jaisalmer and found this hotel. From the first look itself this did not look like a 3 star hotel at all. - The first room wasn't clean and there was issue with bathroom door. So, we shifted to different room. - Geyser wasn't working in 2nd room. - Room door lock had some issues and wasn't getting locked always. - First 2 mornings had to call frontdesk checking for boiler to be turned ON for hot water. - Electricity failure problems. hotel is located at a very nice location. the fort, market, auto stand, atms , havelis are at a walkable distance. the hotel staff is helpful. had a nice and comfortable stay here.

Not up to mark as per value for money .room is clean but tea maker is available without tea,sugar ,water bottle .in bathroom there is no good toiletries just simple ordinary sachets.no variety in Breakfast. location is good in front of fort.
