first things first
its a budget hotel and located close to panvel railway station.
attached to it is vrindavan veg hotel which offers good food.
you cant expect more from a budget hotel..
there needs to be an improvement especially in case of lifts as there is mo lifts and elderly people find it difficult.
room service is ok.
rooms are ok.
as told since it is a budget hotel, it reflects that.
im ok with it.
its ok.

nice stay with comfort. staff is friendly. only you don't get morning tea early as their restaurant opens at 11.am.

Cleanliness need to be improved.Landlane phone need to be installed for calling staff. Mosquitoes problem is there.
