I don't know about other rooms. But the room she provided me was pathetic. I asked her for another room but she told me every room is engaged but all other guests were coming one after another. I didn't understand their logic as well as room.

our experience at the kiara hotel (which was provided as a replacement for hotel vvs) was extremely disappointing. the cleanliness was almost non-existent — dusty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and a generally unhygienic environment. to make matters worse, most amenities in the room were either broken or not functioning properly.the staff behavior was shockingly rude. they seemed more interested in arguing and denying services rather than helping guests. despite the booking mentioning complimentary i ...more
