We ordered Jain food. however, food with garlic served. after raising concern, no satisfactory resolution. low quality restaurant, limited menu. Further to that, very very limited variety of Jain food. very small size rooms. the resort is 7km far from highway. nothing in nearby vicinity.very bad experience with resort.

Over pricing as per facilities provided.
service is very poor. If you are booking a king room or a lesser value room they don't even bother to provide service properly.
No refrigerator in room.very poor wifi range. No tv channels subscription .If you require food at room 5%extra service charge.
carry own water bottles as 20rs water bottle is for 49 rs.
food quality and location is the only positive side.
Finally over priced property with poor service quality.

the place was fabulous, they also upgraded our room for no extra charges. the view from any room that you take is breathtaking. the staff is very friendly and always there. even when the crowd was less they did ask us if we wanted bonfire. the chef was amazing and made food like our preference. do visit them without any doubts if planning to go to igatpuri

Location of the resort is good , rooms are big but AC in the room are not working properly , during day time it becomes extremely hot so the amount which we paid is not justified , moreover cleanliness in room was not maintained , as we got the room their was a lot of dirt , so I would suggest only okay experience only once a visit type

Mesmerizing holiday place.Those who love mountains and want to enjoy peace and calmness can enjoy the place. The hospitality of the resort is very good. The staff are very generous and the food is good in taste.
Silent place far away from the Metro traffic and pollution want to spend your own time and enjoy the weather open sky and mountain then you are at the right place
