i don't have any photos but they didn't provide me breakfast i book with bed and breakfast, but why they are not provided i don't know, they don't have any kitchen to make any dishes, i want compensation

The hotel room has damp smell also non functioning ac tv lights fan taps and faucets. Also there are cockroaches and unclean bed sheets screens and chairs. Really won’t recommend for family and kids. Also bathroom door and main doors are non functional.

We have booked a single room for 3 adults but only two cots nd beds were available . Another person had to sleep in the floor with a portable matress /bed
1) Television - oly few channels were coming poor services
2) heater facilty - perfect
3) air conditioning - perfect
4) complimentary breakfast - only idly & vada ( average )
5)lift services - Poor
6) room cleanliness - Good
7) overall cleanliness - below average

nice stay but rooms not cleaned and washroom too some dirty, but hot water is available, checkin very easy to enter checkout also same,
