Me and my mother had a very comfortable stay at Welcome resorts. Owas and Mudasir the receptionist went out of their way to see to it that our room was comfortable and our bonfire was arranged to perfection. Tawkir was very very helpful with our room heating and any other kind of help we needed. The full hotel staff is very friendly and fun loving and the property gardens are the best part of our stay! Very bad experience has been being faced yet now starting from check-in. Firstly they provided us a 180 sq. ft size cottage room instead of my original booking of 224 sq. ft size king bed room while check-in with our original aadhaar verification as. Again few hours later of our check-in they told me that their system shows no booking at our name. hence hotel will make it from their end separately, but has not given us the 224 sq. ft. size king bed room as I booked actually. the staff was very warm and friendly. they even arranged for local taxi for our next day local trip. the taxi driver was very helpful guide and helped us to explore the places

The Hotel staff was very polite but they will always make you realise that they are doing something extraordinary for you. We paid Rs.30000 for 2 nights including breakfast and Dinner Buffet but if we ask for Tawa Roti then they will take at least 15 minutes to serve as this is not included in the Buffet. The room was very nice and clean with a good balcony view.

Hotel is very good with good service. Food is good and in the staff everyone is very friendly. The only and biggest drawback is heaters in the room. Hotel being in the middle of mountains heater should be good. We felt very cool in the room compared with the restaurant and reception area.

the hotel staff were very polite and friendly and gave us a complementary upgrade to our room to accommodate us in their villa. we had a perfect stay in this beautiful villa at the back drop of the majestic peaks of pahalgam.
