Room was too small and not cleanly maintained. But the hotel location is in prime location where we have access for everything near by food, railway station, IT park. Transportation.

the receptionist was not cooperative, not proper room service, ac was not working , though after doing complaints the staff was not responding properly, hot water was not available, room cleaning was not done properly

Very unhygienic room
We booked for 2 days but left the room within 15 minutes.
My 3.6k money is wasted.
the rooms were very small and dirty . also the people there were not friendly. We have left
please provide us a refund as soon as possible.

pathetic service, as committed they are not giving mineral waters to customer, they are not cleaning rooms regularly, they are giving used bed sheet to customers and also tell you to turn off the ac if it runs continuously. not worth for money. beware!!! this is not at all a good hotel to stay.
