It has 3 heritage properties with a common reception. Excellent location to explore Fontainhas. Need to work on cleanliness.

an excellent heritage hotel in panjim city....neat and clean rooms an toilets...rooms are quiet big with all the necessary facilities such as TV..mini bar..locker...toiletries...

Too good a place to stay. I am a avid traveller. This property comes as a welcome change. The stay has been wonderful. You feel so much at home with the setup. Strongly recommend to family traveling together.
