it was an ok ok experience .
the hotel isn'tt up to standards of welcome heritage .
food was very good and freshly prepared.
bathroom needs very big makeover.
room was satisfactory.
the other activities and reception needs improvement.

amazing property with great food. they are preparing food like for foreigners but on the request they prepared as per our taste.

To begin with, I had booked this place(paid the entire amount) around a month before the date of travel.. While on way, the hotel manager called to inform us that something was wrong with water and electricity in the room and therefore they are adjusting us to a nearby hotel.. Clearly understanding as to what had happened, I insisted on looking at the deluxe room that I had booked with whatever problems he had told us.. Amazing location away from the crowded areas. The views from the superior rooms are breathtaking. But the best experience during our stay was their food. They have dedicated chefs for continental and Indian cuisine. Their food could any day give many Delhi restaurants a run for their money. It is better to opt for the room+breakfast+dinner package. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to cater to our requests. The only thing they could improve upon a little is the cleanliness of their towels. We will definitely go back.

properly was good but there was no mobile network neither the hotel wifi was working, food was far expensive and the hotel staff has forced us to check out before 10.30am instead of 12.00pm which was mentioned in the mail sent by goibibo.
overall experience was bad
