It is not a luxury property, not a five star. It looks like a poorly managed franchise of ITC hotels. The rooms are ridiculously small. We took a room with a bath tub, so what happens here is you don't get a shower area if you take bath tub. they have installed the shower head above the bath tub. it's ridiculous that you have to hop in and stand inside the bath tub when you want to take a shower. that's very very dangerous. also the breakfast menu is limited and average taste. hospitality is terrible.
