Very friendly staff. Great location, rustic colonial architecture. Unreliable WiFi plus very small selection of entertainment channels on rather smallish TV screen. Food quality unfortunately left a lot to be desired.

Nice rooms, basically an old bungalow with hotel like presence. rooms are quiet and nice. couple friendly. Nice location too, near chaubatiya , nice play area for kids. friendly staff, however restaurant ain't serving variety. so do come expecting seclusion. overall a good place to relax and chill.

we booked Deluxe room which is second higher category room at hotel but not found that good as we see in photos may be we have given standard room only. Staff is really good & cooperative from front office to waiter, luggage boy etc.. average

It's a nice hotel with heritage value and professional staff. Everybody knows his work. ambience is superb and gives mental peace. Superb hotel in Ranikhet. Its a must visit.
