hotel reception say no to almost everything we ask. they have rude behaviour and has no knowledge about customer service. hotel staff was looking with dirty eyes at my wife. i hate to go there again.

Very good experience, good behavior of staff, food was awesome. Just the issue with Hot water, please make sure that in winters, hot water Geysers should be working.

Stay was pathetic, hotel was not even aware of my booking, and we have to wait for almost 30-40min, before we got a room. Room was pathetic, everything haywire, no ventilation, dirty, washroom was in a very bad shape, water leaking from everywhere, no exhaust, seat was broken.
Really very very bad experience with the hotel....
