The room is mentioned to accommodate 2 adult and a child. However room size is small and as per hotel extra bed cannot be provided. Should not book for 3 people Deluxe room is good for 2 people only.

support staff was pathetic, they were not helpful,
most of the electrical appliances were not working, no desk phone to call the staff, always need to go three floor downstairs to call the staff

The hotel did not provide me the room I booked and instead offered me a smelly room with no windows. They tried to Gaslight me into thinking it was an upgrade and that they were giving me an AC room. I simply asked for the exact room shown in the pictures or a room without bad smell but was refused.
