It appears that this hotel operates with minimal staff during the off-season. I had booked a Superior Room category, but the so-called king-size bed felt more like a child-sized one. I stayed from April 18th to 20th, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory and pathetic .
No milk was provided for my 2-year-old son—something that’s typically complimentary in most hotels. Room service was extremely poor; even to get drinking water, we had to call multiple times. For two days, I ...more

Food was way expensive as compared to Hotel standards, not happy with the rates of meals as charged similar to 5 star hotel.
