No air-conditioning and no room heating currently temperature is running-7 in Manali. Upkeep not up to the mark

Great location.Listen to the mother nature in the early morning in form of crisping birds who comes to apple Gardens in backside and front of hotel. Really a soothing experience to come so much close to nature. Meanwhile dinning and breakfast needs some improvement.overall 4 Star. Would like to come here again for sure.

worst experience ever with management , nothing is good to say, no cleaning, no proper room service, no proper facilities at restaurant, charging extra for heater (already included in amenities)

1. they have a same room for all categories, so they are fooling you by providing categories as deluxe, or luxury room.
2. Room was messy even when they said, its clean now. Commode had poop and urine in and On it.
3. Manager is rigid and stubborn.
4. no matter you buy luxury room or normal, they will charge for everything like heater.

it was a horrible experience...only single rod heater is allowed to be given at extra cost of 400 and there is voltage issue in the hotel...there was no electricity for two hours...room service was late by 45 minutes and the worst part is i applied for refund but hotel staff denied and talked rudely at the end of the stay.....will not recommended this hotel to anyone

Hotel is located at a very good scenic part of the valley. Easily accessible with local transport(bus). But, if bus is not available then getting taxi or auto is little hard. Food was good. Cleaniless and service was pretty good. They can update their service by adding pick and drop facility to any nearby location like pvt bus stand or mall road and ofcourse the candle light dinner to be updated too with mild music🤗. Otherwise i will rate 5* for rest of the things.
