Property is good but services are poor.. Hiter was not working in tents.. There is no TV.. No mini freeze.. Even they didn't put the Water bottle in tents. Flush was also not working.. Hot water available only in morning between 09 am to 11 am.. Restaurant closed before 10:30 pm Service staff was also not responded properly.. Their was no intercom facility in tents.. You may call on mobile if you want something.. Coz it was away from citi, mobile networks are also not properly available

An average place. Tents are simple, washroom good. Linen was average, pillows bad. Heater struggles to keep the room warm. Food experience wasn't great. Hardly any choice. 14 tents, with a small ground in the centre. Away from main city so you need a vehicle. Nothing luxurious about it.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights but stayed just a night. The staff is really unprofessional, and there were so many bugs in our room. That’s why we decided to stay a night, where as we paired for 2 nights.

The services was not so good. Facilities was not up to the mark. The staff refused to change the bed-sheet every day. And they have also informed us that we me make the bed-sheet dirty they will take extra charge from us for making the bed-sheet dirty. The food quality was also not good. Availability of the menu was very less.

Rooms: Excellent A/c Swiss tents. Very clean & with all modern amenities like toiletories..tea maker etc. Wash Room: 3* Category. Ambience: 5* Category.. u can feel the taste of Jungle. Execellent. Service: Excellent. Very well behaved stuff.. Facility: Awesome.. u can get everything like jeep safari & other things. Location: Close to Zone 1-5. But its far away from Zone 6-10. Foods: Very very testy.. (But little expensive.. which is i think expected in jungle areas..) Overall we hv enjoyed our stay at Hotel White Mushroom (Ranthambore)..

1. Bedsheets was not clean 2. Choice of food is not more 3. Voltage issue 4. Staff is helping but they need to be more trained as they are in hospitality industry Experience was good but their charges are high so they need to maintain the service quality also

This hotel sorry we can say lodge or guest house is situated very far away from the city. very dirty tent have smell all around, all over big insects, which means they have not done pest control ever. lights problem no room service. no intercom in room. parking problem. unhygienic toilet seats and cover are broken. I changed my room twice, a very horrible experience ever. unprofessional staff . during rain, they give me umbrella which is broken and tempered. door are old sty ...more
