Paid 2k for the AC room.
The only good thing is the staff were supportive.
No lift. Hence, have to carry luggage 2 floor.
TV DTH or cable was expired.
AC remote was swapped hence was unable to turn on AC until right remote was given.
no sufficient parking.
rooms could have been maintained well, there was dirt around.

Location, house keeping good. Rooms maintained clean.
Mobile have no signel inside room, common wifi system also not working inside room.
I booked 3rooms, all room tv not get any channel.

They don't even have a big blanket for two. They have only one single blanket.
We had booked AC and they gave non AC. When we asked, the guy at counter said, his boss has details and he does not know who has booked what.

Hotel building was clean enough but there were no service provided by the hotel. No electricity backup on the fan, we had to spend the whole night without fan. Generator only for the name, they also not working. No one at the reception to attend and listen you. Even the hotel owner number was also switched off.
