owner stated that they don't have lift and all vacant room on ground floor require additional charges and after long arguments, we had to pay extra rs 1000/- in cash without receipt. this fetches bad name for hotel

There is no parking as mentioned in the amenities. Also, the room doesn't have proper ventilation.
Food and service was good though.

litle bit costly but it is best hotel in Rampur city. room was clean and well maintained. staff also good and helpful.🤟👍
easy to locate and near by street foodmall available.
