i had paid extra and booked twin bed room and i got a queen bed when i checked in for the first day, room was changed twin on 2nd and 3rd day.

Found cockroaches in the room. The staff is not formally trained. The hotel is highly under staffed. They take 30 min to give cutlery and the wifi is as good as none. when you complain, they say that the hotel is fully booked so many people are connected. The cleaning crew did not knock, just barged in the room and caught me off-guard.
