I booked the cottage for 5 days after reading the reviews and looking at the images. I feel that if you are looking to stay for 1-2 nights, the property is fine but for longer stays I would suggest not to book this property. The way to get to this property is quite difficult and if you wish to enjoy the night market, it would not be possible because there are no lights in the way and the path is extremely bad (strict no-no during the night). Our two-night stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
To start with, reaching the hotel was a struggle – the road was muddy, poorly lit, and hard to locate.
We had booked a dome room, but the moment we entered, there was a strong smell of mold and plastic. The bathroom had visible mold all over, and we even found a spider inside. Basic essentials like toilet paper, shower gel, and slippers were not provided—we had to ask for them ourselves.

We could not stay at the hotel due to a medical emergency in the family and informed this to the hotelier couple of days before, and requested for a partial refund as the booking was not cancellable. But instead of understanding the condition they refused for the same. We had booking at other hotels and they refunded 70% amount but this host is just very practical and do not pay any respect to your emergencies. Wont recommend and will never visit any of their property

Beautiful stay, with multiple kinds of rooms. Mud houses were beautiful right by the river. Food is awesome and common area was great! Way to reach here is tricky with steep downhill sometimes taxi might refuse to go down thats to be kept in mind. Besides that we had an fantastic stay!!
