Service is very pathetic. My room AC was not working and I informed them. After many reminders and requests, owner changed my room in next morning @5.00 AM. This was a horrible experience because of humidity and warm wheather. Same I informed that flush is not working but the same result. Property owner switched off his mobile phone and the landline number given by ibibo doesn't not exist. Room telephone they do not have. great hospitality by the owner at the hotel. super deluxe rooms are great. deluxe and pool rooms need some maintenance.

nice hotel and food is delicious.also hotel staff behavior good and very polite.room and bathroom neat & clean this hotel have a garden and swimming pool also.overall good experience.

very bad experience with this resort in this resort not have proper staff and no proper rooms with cleaning also in this hotel staff add more amount in bills if you not take any food in this hotel no TV and no any chair available and ac not working properly and not clean bathroom no telephone facilities in hotel and in rooms only one staff working in hotel and if you want any item then first found staff and in this hotel not give towels soup etc. very bad experience with this hotel

The first floor of the hotel is under construction. Rooms don’t have chairs or sofas to sit. Bathroom taps were leaking. Will give 3/5 rating.
