Overall good stay, nice resort, good food, and nice pool. Only one thing is wrong that they have listed deluxe room has capacity for 4 guests, but it's actually have capacity for 2. So if you're 3 or more people please choose super deluxe room.Swimming pool, river view, gardens

1.nobody in staff tells about river side accessible area which is best part of this hotel.2.kid zone area I have seen few drinking hard drinks by 7.30 evening which is not good for family places.3.buffet is not as per money charges.4.bedsheet was dirty and spots were seen by us.5.reception first response to guest not uptown standard.6.reception washroom not clean.

Hi All, This resort is 3 star resort rather then 5 star. Below are some details about resort: 1. No valet parking in the resort. 2. The rooms are very dirty and bad smell coming in the room. 3. Resort staff is tip Hungary. If you dont give tip, they will no do anything for you. 4. No Hospitality in resort staff. Resort staff always show that they are doing some favor to you. 5. Good property on the bank of river Kosi. Nicely done rooms. Lot of open space for kids to play. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Moreover it's pet friendly. I stayed with my family for 3 days. It was really nice and comfortable stay.

the Hotel is at beautiful location with Kosi river touching its back walls. Superb cleanliness and maintenance. Rooms and cottages are good with nice lighting in the lawns. Good food. Friendly and cordial staff. Overall, a good place to stay.
