Property need to give. Arefund as 1 room was downgraded.
As 1 room was downgraded . Property need to give refund. No rrsponse even after 24 hours of complaint.

The resort was great with a friendly and welcoming manager. The staff was polite. The only downside was its out-of-town location, requiring a vehicle for market visits. However, the secluded setting offered a calm and relaxing stay. It was conveniently close to the Naldehra golf course. Choosing such locations over crowded Shimla with expensive hotel prices was a refreshing experience.

not very fine stay। unmantained property ,old property।location is very good and specially of u are interested for trekking and morning long walks on hills। food average and cleanliness is poor।

very good property for peaceful stay away from crowd and city hassles, can go to jungle walk just behind the resort, warming people, good food and rooms.

We were charged extra for providing heater in temperature of 3deg and at point of check in no such charge was informed by hotel staff. No hot water supply for 24hrs though water was provided on call. Linen used was not properly washed. Atleast after my experience I would not recommend the property to anyone.

The location of hotel is not good. But the staff behavior was better. I appreciate them. But the quility of food was very cheap.
