The best experience ever. If you wish to make your stay perfect, this is the place to go! Best services provided by the staff, really accommodating and welcoming. This place will always be our 'go to' now in Goa. Made our experience really amazing. Loved it.

It was a nice stay right next to the beach. The service is also good. I would definitely recommend. The only thing that I didn't like was the constant pestering by one of their people for tips. And funnily enough, I was seeing that guy for the first time!

the wooden cabin was old. felt slightly tilted with squeeky floor. the staff was polite but restaurant service was horrible. food was ok.

A good choice for those who are looking for a peaceful stay with good ambience and food. The room is old and needs maintenance. Very comfortable and safe

very bad hotel. room was not clean properly. fan was making lot of noise. no phone, not service for hotel. bathroom were too stinky.

Beat part is the location as its near an amazing beach and its calm and peaceful. The staff is polite and their restaurant has some good food and drinks. The only thing i wish was better was the rooms, mind you we booked the "executive" room and it left much to be desired. All said overall it was a good experience and would definitely recommend, just wish the pricing was better but i see that as a general problem in all of Goa. Other South Asian countries provide better standards for the same. ...more

Kevin is such a gentleman of a host and the property is maintained so well! The shack is one of the prettiest on Mandrem beach. Highly recommend it ☺️

Booked Wooden cabin with balcony for 3N 4D Feedback:1) washrooms are disastrous and dingy and foul smelling (strictly no no) if you expect a room with basic hygiene. 2) No room service available since they are understaffed3) Restricted house keeping hours4) except for a beautiful sea view5) If you’re looking for a cozy couple experience, not the place you would want to choose6) the property is located towards at the end of the dead end of the street with no car parking & lot of traffic due to narrow lanes.7) food quality at the restaurant is average
