Food at restaurant is not available immediately. We have to book through Zomanto Or swiggi. Room are fine, but needs good maintenance.

Xec Residency Staff force to do good Rating but the truth is This is not proper Hotel Xec Residency is in Residency area so there is no facility for cab and Food Even they don't serve breakfast in room. No wi-fi Spider Web in room and washroom 10 out of 4 in cleanliness.

Stay experience was okay. TV was not working. Restaurant facility can be developed and no. of staff members can be increased for fast service.

My stay at XEC RESIDENCY was very nice ..the property is very well maintained and neat and clean . The rooms are very gud ..everything in the room was upto the mark . The room was giving a freshness altogether and no bad smell was there in the room . A very little problem was the appearance of the commode seat cover although it was completely ok except some marks on it . The hotel staff was very cooperative and we're at the service round the clock and provided whatever needed by me ...Mr royd w ...more

would definitely recommend visiting this place.The only drawback of this place is the distance from main city.Other then that the hospitality and the service provided by the front office staff is really great.prices are really affordable and the rooms are really clean and well maintained.

Hotel was much better according to rates . Very neat and clean property. Breakfast was amazing. We can also customise our breakfast with our choice. Staff behaviour was very polite. Very very helpful manager. Personal space as an apartment flats. Quite place no interfere of anyone.
