pros:
1. located at the heart of mall road
2. easily accessible to malls, restaurants
3. rooms are clean
4. hot water available all time in washroom
5. friendly staff

cons :
1. no lift
2. no proper power back up. generator runs only for limited time
3. deluxe rooms don't face mall road. only super deluxe rooms face mall road
4. corridors become dark when there is power cut

Rooms are dirty. Bathroom is not clean. no lift no power backup. It's a 3 star hotel they claim but it's like a lodge. only advantage is the hotel is in the center of mall road.

the only reason i have given average rating is because of the best location. i had booked a deluxe room which faces the other side of the property where you continuously hear the sound of water dripping from the rooftop.in negative temperature, they provided just 2 thin blankets. i had to convince them for an extra blanket and a room heater. the deluxe room doesn't have an exhaust fan in the washroom and it smells bad whenever we went to the toilet.there is no electric kettle in the deluxe room ...more

worst hotel stay i have ever experienced service was so bad and the staff was so rude washroom was not clear and tv was also not working i suggest everyone to not stay at this hotel the only beneficial part was it was right in front on mall road nothing else

Location is very good
Room is ok ok
Needs to do something for restaurant food it's pathetic and there no elevator in the hotel
