As per the budget cottage is beautiful but services was not up the standard, there was no hot water facility, no dinning and room was just average. The property is perfectly located & we didn't face any problem to detect.

Hotel is good. Room was clean. It is near to market. Wifi facility is available in the room. But room service is very very poor. As we have told to hotel staff to get water the hotel staff gave water after 10 hours. Room service is very very poor.

A lot more has to be improved. Mattresses and bed sheets, towel were poor in quality and lacks in hygiene. Room space is somewhat okay, looks so old as 1990 or before. Pretty old small CRT TV, old style wash room. Lacks in providing amenities but the attendant and owner seams to be so polite and extends his help in providing things which we need. Location is nearby Matheran Railway Station is an added advantage.
