Very poor quality cleaning, bed and the pillow cover was very dirty. Toilet was also not in good condition. Booking policy is also not clear. I had booked this hotel but when I arrived hotel at around 8 am, I had to and additional 200/- for early check in where I have clearly stated to the receptionist that I will be leaving by 6 pm but he didn’t listened. In general, I would mark two stars over all.
