The rooms was not good ...rooms was not same as they show in application..tv is not working no cable connection....staff was good and helpful
Room js not same as in application..no difference between deluxe room and sanded room ..beds are single cot ..looks very old ..

There are not providing basic amenity which is water for free
Water is charged here
the room which they provided is having cigarette smell, room is very small and conjusted

I have booked a delux room for two nights, 24 and 25 th March. After arriving the hotel I have realised that I cannot spend even one night there. The surrounding environment and the approach road, which is over a drain, is not good. Room size is small, bedsheet colour is grey, not seems to be cleaned. Shifted immediately to another hotel and lost completely the room charge already paid. Earlier, this type of experience hav never realised after booking

Hotel rooms are hygienic and too clean. Hotel staffs are cooperative and good behaviour. It is recommended to visit this hotel once visit in Hyderabad.
