Not value for money..most of the mentioned amenities are not in working condition..Cleanliness need to improve especially bed sheet n pillows,wardrobe,tables,doors bathroom seats are broken,Hot water coming only at specific time

I hate this hotel.
This is the worst hotel one could ever have. It showed me 2800 rupees total and they added miscellaneous charges because of which i ended up paying 4000 rupees, they have the worst service, The staff was also so rude and bad that I ended up fighting with them, I would prefer to stay roadside or would cancel the trip next time rather than staying here:
The only cons are:
No cleanliness
Stains all over the room
Charged extra (I don't know the expenses they have added)

horrible experience, found big worm inside the washroom, blanket and bedsheets were extremely dirty, TV and AC was not in working condition and for that we paid such a higher amount. I will never recommend anyone to go this hotel. only plus point that hotel staff were supportive but they have limitations to improve the property. no manager or any higher position person was available to listen our problem.it completely spoiled our trip.

Rooms are very neat and clean and hotel is very near to marketplace which is very good advantage.
But it is very overpriced even though there is no services ans staff available. Even payment of more than 5000 rs per room there is no TV working and no water bottles. There is no lift and you have to carry your luggage during check-in and check out. Supported by staff to carry some of the luggage.
