experience was not good at all. they simply denied check in stating no booking received. later, gave accommodation in another not so good hotel. second day allotted room in hotel yugantar. please check for other options before booking this hotel.

Totally horrible experience. Room was smokey and giving bad smell of liquor and cigarettes. Floor and bathroom was in very poor condition. No towels, shampoo, soaps are there. Hotel is challenging that they are 3 star property but in actual it's 1 star property who is charging huge amounts like 3 star. Staff behaviour was rood. Light problems are there frequently and they organize a lot banquets parties for outsiders and due to that room's air-conditioner doesn't support it. I faced 5 hrs contin ...more

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The property is not well-maintained, and it feels like it has seen better days. The rooms and common areas need a lot of attention in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. It took them 2 hrs to get me another set top box for tv that was recharged.

I recently booked a room at this hotel expecting a decent stay, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare.
First, the condition of the room was disgusting. There was no TV in the room, which is baffling in this day and age. To make matters worse, I found hair from previous guests scattered around the bed and bathroom – absolutely unhygienic! Clearly, housekeeping is not a priority here. First when I came, room was not ready for check in. They made me wait for 2 hours nearly. The Hygiene was not also good. Bathroom had foul smell. Just stayed there somehow.
