positive points: the hotel is near to markets & ranchi railway station.
negative points: the hotel cleanness is very bad.just after checked in i found both the bedsheets were dirty .after that i requested for bedsheet change for which they took one hour. provided only two small soap on requested provided 2 small pouch of shampoo.no complimentary water bottle.smoking in common hall by old manager or owner.no buffet breakfast.overall it is not comparable with hotel green acres near to airport in cleanness and service point of view where i had last stayed with lower budget with this.

Poor Service. Didn't provide water. TV is not working.
