Not even worth for single star rating, I had horrible night stay here, spent sleepless night and fearful night because of bed bugs 🐞. I'm ot sure how people are staying here, I would request not to book in this property. spend another 300 or 400 and book good stay and have good sleep, that what I request if someone seeing reviews and coming means.

good and spacious room with comfortable beds.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. very good amenities...like washing machine facility.

The room was very suffocating. There was no ventilation. The walls had worn out paint. There was no electricity at midnight for 40 minutes. Pillows were not washed. The shower was broken There was a security machine in which one had to put code to enter. We were not given any code despite asking and had to ask someone else for entering at 11 in the night. Overall a very poor experience. Not recommending this to anyone.

It was a very pleasant experience while staying with Z Express Hibiscus, the location is good to access easily for the public transport and property is well equipped with the study chairs, quilt was fresh & cleaned.

Worst service and behavior of the staff and property manager very bad. 30 minutes delayed , i got the room, check in time. check out also delayed 20 minutes. nobody is in the property to assist. reception also empty.
