The property is so so so good. More than perfect for a relaxing staycation. The aesthetics were perfect But...the restaurant needs to be upgraded asap. The food is really not upto the mark and so is the restaurant service. If you want to order something at breakfast table be it a spoon only you have to wait for minimum 20 min. Plus room services are also a bit slow

Property is clean because its new. But the service and hospitality is not at all like five star hotels. They are very rigid and not there to please the customer. Asked for toileteries their answer was because the hotel is full we are out of it. Guess they did not expect their hotel to be full. Also they dont let their guest sit out the chill & grill area and ask for money. Now a guest cannot even roam or sit wherever he / ahe wants in the property. Horrible customer service.

Overall it is a beautiful property, clean and well maintained. Mukul at the front desk was very helpful and all the staff including floor managers were very courteous. The property is currently understaffed which results in some delays in service. One suggestion is to subsidize the children's play room a little more and increase number of games/ activities for adults
