Nice property. service was very good. staff was helpful! place can do with some maintenance. there was no toilet paper. Also TV was not working.

Location is good only for certain wedding venues . Located in an Indl Estate so bit out of the way for all other activities. Some approach and departure roads are also not good .

We had a very pleasure experience staying at Novotel. My 6 year old enjoyed a lot with all the play area, swimming pool etc. The breakfast buffet was awesome. overall had a wonderful experience.
We enjoyed all the services and the stay

The stay was not as expected.. There were no amenities given as given in the toom description also the bathroom doors and pipe are having rust. Dosent deserve to be a 4 star hotel. The only good part was food

One of the best Hotel one who want a peaceful stay. The hotel team is good and cooperative. Food is tasty. The room is spacious and the wash room is clean and active with accessories. The dressing table stand is wide to keep accessories and enough space. The wardrobe is good. AC / Fan lights are active. Overall it is good and Value for money.
