We had a peaceful and relaxing 3-day stay at Zip by Spree. The service was top-notch — the rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and you can tell the team is striving to meet 5-star standards. The location is excellent — quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was nice, though there’s some scope to improve the vegetarian menu. 1.This hotel room does not have a single Mat ! they have placed a towel infront of toilet ..... 2. room is too congested , not as big as they show in pic 3.Toilets are not clean and dim lights 4. balcony is full of neighbour site construction noise , hence no chance to balcony and can't open the curtain as working ppl can visualise room directly ...atleast hotel ppl don't have sense to cover with a dust avoiding green curtains along their property ... positive feedback is buffet breakfast was good!

It was overall a bad experience. The washroom had only hot water and it was broken. The jet was not working. The room door was broken. Imagine reaching the hotel at 2:00 AM and getting a room like this. We had to call someone to fix our AC in the room as it wasn’t working too. We had not option to reduce the temperature. Overall the bad stay and nobody acknowledged the issues even the staff. Seems like they aren’t even bothered.

checkin was fine, room was nice, it was spacious, and the staff was helpful... Good at a price point..just an issue is that they say if you spill or spoil anything in the room you will be fined, late check out is at chargeable basis compulsory, and it's high at 500/hr . rest everything was nice. you also have a lift here. breakfast spread is limited but good.
