so the property is a bit difficult to reach if under your own conveyance. from Aut to Banjar them to Gushaini and then 3Km upslope road. it is secluded yet doesn't have the best of the views... better to go higher to Sarachi or Jamala villages. buses go up to Sarachi but then you are time bound by govt timings.
the Property is okay and caters for basic requirements. but food needs to be ordered from the hostel as there is nothing else close by. food is okay though.
the apple trees in the garden will be green from Apr/May and fruits lilly in October. so plan if you want those views.
