Good location, central heating available. Staff were good. Room are spacious.
Hotel is near to our business meeting. Local car was available.

Please appoint an employee; who has a little bit of knowledge about Indian Map. I am From Kolkata. My ID proof shows the total address. But still then the receptionist guy ask me "Kolkata" means Bangladesh. It's too much of Insulting & Humiliating.

Good Rooms, Good facilities, Hot water in morning, parking facility available, restaurant available BUT BAD SERVICE WITH UNRULY STAFF. THE WAITER WHO SERVED FOOD WAS RUDE. Hence 3 stars.

There are very few hotels in Kargil and the expectation to find a decent hotel over there is relatively low, but when you find this hotel, it is way beyond your expectations. Overall it's a very good experience, however the food wasn't as expected. But, considering the location and everything else, it's one of the best stay in Kargil.
