Allocated a room which was not clean and housekeeping not done even when checked in at 8pm. Cigarette smoking smell and looked dirty

Excellent service. Damn good breakfast options. The staff is courteous too. But it's not 4 star. More like 3.5 star. But would recommend it at the right price.

Located in Parra, North Goa the hotel is central to all major beaches and places of interest in North Goa. The property is clean and rooms are spacious. Swimming pool was also very clean and well maintained. Overall it was a nice experience.
