Friendly people...nice location.ie next to the beach...a bit shabby cottages although that compensates for the cheaper price..food is a bit expensive compared to any other options on the beach...taste too is not great..there are no bathroom doors in the cottage..water that comes to the bathroom is salty....all in all nothing great about this place..decent and cheap place to stay next to one of the best beaches in India (Mandrem)...Njoy!!

nice sea view huts, good thing is location and privacy but food was too costly, best for couples and family.
if u r in group can enjoy volleyball free of cost on beach.

We stayed here on our trip from Bangalore. The huts r situated on the Mandrem beach, no complaints on that. But the path leading to the hut looks deserted, suggested to have ur own transport. The rooms r not great, not clean, the attached bathroom has no doors. Their restaurant has okay food, trust me the prices r very high compared to all beaches I've visited. 1 plate of prawn was Rs. 750. Nice stay there. Service was good nice, no problem regarding that. I do not had food there. Location was perfect very near to the beach. Amenities are perfect. Cleanliness are average .

The hotel was good with nice infrastructure. Service quality was average, hotel people are nice. I do not had my food there, manage outside the hotel. Location was the advantage of the hotel, very near to the beach but far away from the airport and railway station. Amenities and cleanliness are average.
