My First Solo Trip with Zostel – Safe, Supportive & Stress-Free
Coming from a middle-class family where no woman ever travelled solo, this one-night trip was a big step for me. I stayed in a dorm at Zostel, and the staff made sure I felt safe—without me saying anything, they gave me a bunk in a room with either very few or just one male guest. It is a good option for living but it is not safe for cash and expensive items .
My friend's cash was stolen there, I felt very bad about that .

Room is okay if you just want to stay/ rest/ sleep.
If you are looking for socialising - might not be the best option. They helped me when I was not getting cab. So staff if helping!

Room Key not working. Receptionist said at 5pm, the guy will come and sort the key in 15 min... here we are at 2:30am... waiting for those 15 min.At a price point per night, there is no one to take luggage to the room, no valet, Car parking is at some distance and you have to carry the luggage by yourself though all the rubble etc., no receptionist to take care of stuff, Lift is shaky and scary, issue with room key (if I lock my room, it would not open again without someone forcing the key in so ...more

zostel experience was really good ,this was my third time .. place is good n staff is really friendly , n active .. specially shivangi n shanmukha was so good ... I didn't feel even single minute bore . . my suggestion to go with zostel .

Maintained Dorms & nice hostel vibe.Good & well behaved staffs.Particularly Shivangee is more helpful & cooperative.Will certainly recommend guys to hang on at Zostel Anjuna while visiting Goa.
Recalled my hostel days & enjoyed with the young mass during my stay.

they charge 50 for the lock on the locker which makes it just a cabinet. the dorm had no wifi signals. the ac remote was missing. no shampoo or body wash.
it was definitely clean

the zostel is still under construction hence not all facilities are available. even the lift wasn't working for sometime. overall the stay was decent.
