Our experience at Zostel was nothing short of a nightmare, especially as a group of girls expecting a safe and welcoming environment. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was non-existent, and instead of the usual Zostel vibe, we were met with rude behavior, unhelpful staff, and complete disregard for basic guest respect.

Poor location and approach road, inadequate facilities, uncooperative staff. do not recommend at all.
our group faced difficulties during checking in..and we were rudely ushered to check out before time (amid power failures at the property)

It was such a dead vibe at Zostel old Manali. We referred to their Instagram handle and made a booking, however, the actual scenario was extremely different. They denied bonfire, no music, the staff was quite egoistic.
