Room is ok, the washrooms are too big and the actual rooms seem small. No fans or ac in the private rooms.
Overall not worth the price paid.
Not too cozy as it seems to be in the photos, also privacy is not that much considering its a private room.

I had an excellent stay at Zostel ooty. It has the perfect vibe which you need to relax and enjoy after a hectic day of work.
been here more than once and I would recommend to all the bachelors who are coming to Ooty for a trip.

The private room was dirty, with paint peeling off the walls and the bed's wood was coming out at weird angles, poking us unexpectedly. Really expected better from Zostel but an adjoining 1star inn had a better room than Zostel had to offer. Go for the dorms but stay away from private rooms at Zostel, better off at a hotel.

It was a beautiful stay for three days with great view and atmosphere. The food they provide was super tasty like a 3-star hotel. Since i came during weekdays, the place was less vibe but found amazing travellers here. It also offers the excellent view from terrace. Must visit place
