Property ambience is nice but staff is not good, they have a very casual attitude and they don't revert back easily. Also, it feels a bit unsafe for female travellers.

Our stay at Zostel Sam Desert was splendid. Especially star gazing amidst sand dunes and Desert Safari. It was all arranged and coordinated very well by Mr. Narendra and his team

As like any other zostel, this property also has dorm rooms, single rooms. But book in advance. They take care of activities like camel & jeep safari, sky gazing for additional cost. One of perk of this stay they have local folk dance in the night, it is great experience. You can go for desert sunrise right outside zostel for free.

Overall the location and property is great. However the services offered are below standard. I won't suggest anyone to visit this place unless you want to ruin your vacations.We took a full package. ( You need to book a package after you book with Zostel for food and adventure. They charged us however on the property it was mentioned as) When we reached 5 in the evening we asked for tea that was in our package. However they didn't serve it even after asking for it twice.
