the stay was okay. but hotel is in 5th floor. the stairs are dirty and small . 5 guest house in one building and very horrible place if the lift doesn't work. manager is nice and cooperative. staffs are good. overall rating will be 3/5.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY EVER. I have uploaded the pictures that can confirm the same. If you care about cleanliness and hygiene, you will be greatly disappointed if you book this property. The worst thing is, every staff on this property including the owner is rude, indisciplined and uncourteous. very disappointed. the room was nothing like the pictures on goibibo — too small and lacked basic amenities like water bottle, soap, and toothbrush. the manager kept saying i paid too little to complain because i used a discount coupon. completely unprofessional experience.
