RICH HOTEL

The promised amenities were not there. It is a basic room with AC and attached bathroom. Nothing of the listed things available. There is a big language problem with the desk staff. They only speak and undrrstand south Indian language.In my room geyser was nor working . They provided an immersion rod. Nothing was done to rectify the problem. Room cleaning is not done unless told to do so. Overall it was an average stay and only because it was nearer to my hospital. I shall agsin book the hotel next week because I have to again visirt the Hospital.

Starting from the location, value for money, service quality and behavior, I would give it a 1 star rating. They denied us check-in asking us to pay extra cash, Goibobo team took care of it but it was inconvenient, reception guy was chewing tobacco while talking to us, the entire room was full of mosquitos, and the location was bad again, it is too much into the lanes. In that tariff, one can find much better places.

The hotel staff was not available at the desk to resolve the query Request for the date change was not addressed though the rooms were available. also, the manager neither took the call nor was present to resolve the query very risky and torturous affair.

The hotel was good. But higher in price. But good for short stays. You can order food from outside. Staff is also helpful. Just that it becomes noisy at times. Yes
