Hotel Rio Beach is an excellent hotel with absolutely extraordinary service - all the staff excellent - location superb - ambiance superb - only short room - our problem is not with hotel - our problem is our flight got cancelled and had to reach Vizag via Hyderabad - so couldn't check in on 14 Jan 2024 - we checked in on 15 Jan 2024 night - we have paid for 5 nights at Rio Beach hotel - but utilised the rooms for 4 nights only - we will be highly obliged if you could reimburse us for one night stay at Rio Beach hotel from our charges paid - we have been booking hotels through Goibibo previously also and have very good experience and that is why even this time we booked hotel Rio Beach hotel through Goibibo

The hotel has a very nice location, just 1 min from R K Beach. Rooms are neat and Clean but without balcony. Standard rooms have side sea view. For the front sea view u have to book an elite room. Room service is top class. Breakfast is also very good although they don't have a kitchen facility. You can buy food from side by zomato they have an open roof with seating arrangements you can eat there. from there you can get a nice view of the sea beach and side road. Hotel staff are very cooperative. They even allow early check-in if rooms are available. Location safety and good room.

Very comfortable stay it was. The staffs were well mannered and professional. Our room had a sea view which was really mesmerizing. Also the room was clean and all the essential items were there in the room. The one thing I want to highlight is that the breakfast they serve is really healthy and tasty with lots of options in there buffet menu. The sambhar is really tasty so please don't change the sambhar cooking style because I want to have it again and again whenever I visit there next time. Highly recommended to you all, have a great time ahead.

The hotel is really good. All the staff members are very cooperative and always helpful. One of the best hotels in the best location. Beach, restaurants and amusement parks are also nearby. Rooms are very much cleaned and well maintained with all the modern facilities, also they didn't charge for extra water bottles, Tea and coffee kits and bathroom kits. Breakfast and food were too good. Also the view from the Elite rooms and terrace was fabulous 😍. Must visit. Lovely experience.

Amazing hotel with great facilities. Clean and well maintained room. They provide towels, soap, toothpaste, brush, refrigerator, etc. The terrace view is amazing. The complimentary breakfast was good (idli, dosa, bread toast, egg, juices, tea/coffee, etc). The behaviour of the staff is very appreciable. Overall great pick if you are visiting Vizag/ RK beach

This was a very pleasant stay for my elderly parents. The hotel is comfy, has elevators and the beach is less than 5 min of walk away. The staff was polite as well. I do hope they add a restaurant as well, that way the stay would be absolutely perfect.

Location was the USP. Just beside RK beach and auto stand. The rooms were spacious and clean. The sea view was amazing. Only drawback is not having in-house restaurant, which they try to compensate with prompt room service. Service and Room features.
