The best thing about this hotel is customised menu items as per your choice in the including package. The valley view in all room makes the stay more pleasant. Hot water is 24hours, unlike other hotels which provide only at limited times. If you're traveling with kid then you can pre order. Plus they also give you option to enter in kitchen and make anything of your choice for ur kid.

Worst experience ever had during stay. No amenities available. No electric kettle, water was not available frequently. Had to call 10 times to get the work done. No room service. Only 2 person available doing everything. Won't recommend anyone for this hotel. Beside the hotel there's another hotel called Rainforest. You can go there as the ambience, food and everything was noce

The over all experience of my stay in the resort was quite enigmatic. The landscape view from the glass window of my room would surely bring an oomph factor!! Talking about the location, it was an easily accesible place with good connectivity and lying next to Parsi point adds a feather to its cap. The rooms are spacious and the gujarati thali in the cuisine is a must try..

We were going there for the second time. It's been a lovely place. Too close to Parsi point. You get a magnificent view from the window. Hotel staff was warm and caring. It is perfect for a family. Owner is very kind she made sure we're comfortable. Overall amazing place with very less crowd around and not to forget very nicely prepared food.

Located next to Parsi point. River Palace has got excellent valley facing view. Staff is very polite and prompt. If you want to be away from hustle bustle of Panchgani city then go for this place. Highly recommended for families. Note: they do not serve non veg food, but you can go to nearby restaurants for the same.

view from room is eeally awesome. Rooms are also clean and place is soo calm food is good but need more variety and restaurant could a bit bigger. Natural wind makes this place cool in hot summer as well. I got Two rooms beside and could connect very well.
