Positives about Property1) Location ( Lot of other properties next to it)2) View ( Almost all cottages are Partial Sea View)Con's ( this list is agoing to be long choose for yourself)1) Lacks warmth2) Limited Breakfast ( You can only select 1 option from breakfast and one option from juice or tea) ( Limited Quantity) Image uploaded3) No Phone in the room.. So for service every time you have to go reception to ask.4) Only 2 bottles of 500ml water bottle they dont even give you option of Water Jugs you have to buy either from property or outside5)Toiletries ( Rs 3 medimix soap in the toilet and one tissue roll nothing else)6) No kettle for Warm water or tea maker inside the room, No TV, No Refrigerator ( TV Refrigerator is luxury so its ok if its not there but kettle is must)7) Naveen Paul who is the owner which he told me doesnt care about request and is rude with Ladies. Basically property lacks the warmth of hospitality and its seen from Naveens behaviourThere are lot of properties next door which are economical and offers more amenities and services. We paid like 10000 for 2 nights and not even basic toiletries , water, simple desk phone to call reception or room service. Look for near by properties they are much betterNote:- Food is ok and has limited Veg options Ps:- On request after a lot of tussle the did organizre small candle light dinner on occassion of our anniversary

Agonda Shell Beach Resort is an amazing place to live in. Sadly we lived here for 2 days and regretted the moment we left it. The layout of the property is amazing and has an easy access to the beach. This is complimented by a friendly staff and amazing food within the resort. The food preparation is excellent. Special shout out to Milan for providing an excellent service and ensuring he is considerate towards our toddler son's food needs. Even though we did not explore the amenities at the beach I did see people kayaking or taking a ferry to other beaches. The beach area itself is calm and peaceful which is a blessing. Multiple feedback (The property is amazing but the experience can be elevated with these few changes) 1. Ensure the carpeting in the room is properly glued down in all places. 2. The shower area in the room needs to have a proper roof instead of an awning to avoid cooling from the room to escape the moment you open the toilet. 3. A traditional tiled roof or roof covered with coconut tree branches for the entire shack will ensure the rooms remain a lot cooler. 4. The garden area gets a bit dark post nightfall. a little more mellow lighting around the property will help. USP - Kid-Friendly, Excellent Food, Amazing location.

I paid a bomb to stay in this resort. wanted to relax for the weekend. everything was fine. the major issue was the AC which was not working at all. due to hot weather we couldn't sleep properly.. also I had requested to change the room but it was told that such thing can't be done and the hotel didn't help us.. not recommended for the stay..Choose some other resort on the beach..other customers also faced the same issue.

Over all stay was good but price which we paid is too high ( around 5K ) that too during the off season. Restaurant was okay and resorts are going under renovation work all over Agonda. Very near to beach so kids can enjoy and take bath whenever needed.
